It happened once during the regular season but few thought it would happen again in the semi-finals of the Capital District Tournament. Number four seed Henrico (12-8) defeated number one seed Hanover (13-8) 4-1 Tuesday night. “Warrior” pitcher Seth Cutler- Voltz threw a complete game one-hitter.
